I am an architectural photographer and video producer, but my roots are in real estate photography which I still enjoy photographing.

I keep a flat rate for my services as you’ll notice on each portfolio, but here is a cost breakdown:

LAND ONLY: $150
LISTING PHOTOS: $250
LISTING PHOTOS + DRONE: $400
LISTING PHOTOS + DRONE + TWILIGHT: $600
ADD VIDEO: STARTING AT $250
COMMERCIAL: $300 for up to 10,000sqft +$50 for every additional 5,000sqft
MATTERPORT: $125 setup + $0.05 / sqft

BEFORE YOU CONTACT ME…

For most projects, my starting rate is $3000 and includes 10 images. Each additional image is $125/image
Assistant fee included | Video starts at $2000 | Travel is $1000/day + expenses for 2.

*NOTE that if you have a corporate project or something that requires significantly more logistical planning, additional and/or exclusive licensing, etc. the price will increase.

There are two approaches we can take:

PRODUCED SHOOTS - If you want to be with me on the shoot and meticulously stage and direct everything, that is perfectly fine. Just note that it will slow things down, we will shoot less, and it may cost you more as I will charge for every image we photograph.

HASSLE-FREE SHOOTS - My best images are made when I am just left to create with little direction. Give me a day on-location to just explore and capture what I see and you can decide later which images you want to license.
